30-Day Return Policy
We accept return requests within 30 days after you receive your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, with any tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or other proof of purchase.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, email us at corncribcandles@gmail.com with your order information and the reason for your request.
If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at corncribcandles@gmail.com. We will review the issue and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, except as required by applicable law:
- Custom products, including special orders and personalized items
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Refunds
We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
